FORMER NBA star Lamar Odom is reportedly being flown to Los Angeles where he faces months of rehab after the drugs binge that put him in a coma.
Odom, 35, is said to be on his way to a medical facility for
further treatment, TMZ reports.
His estranged wife Khloe Kardashian has vowed to be by his side during his rehab, which will take months.
The champ’s recovery after his sex and drugs binge at the Love Ranch in Nevada has been nothing short of miraculous.

Earlier, his former college coach Jim Harrick told CNN’s New Day Odom had made “a little bit of progress”.
He said the former Los Angeles Laker was breathing on his own and had told Kardashian: “I love you”.
Odom’s maternal aunt JaNean Mercer praised him for his strength.
“Lamar has always been blessed with a tenacious, fighting spirit, overcoming insurmountable obstacles to achieve the impossible,” Mercer said in a prepared statement. “These past few days are no different.”
Odom’s family has rallied around the seriously ill basketball player, she added.
“We are committed to remaining by his side as a family for our champion, who we love immensely,” Mercer said.
TMZ reports doctors are telling the former basketballer’s friends and family that rehabilitation will take months, and they believe some of the damage to his body will be permanent.
Odom will undergo physical and speech therapy as Kardashian has reportedly vowed to stay with him.

Odom was admitted to hospital on Tuesday last week after being found unconscious at the Love Ranch South brothel in Pahrump, Nevada.
Little is known about what left him unresponsive at the brothel. Love Ranch owner Dennis Hof recently told CNN that Odom was “in a good frame of mind” when he was taken to the brothel, and that he ate and slept well there.
“He picked a couple of girls, and he had the time of his life,” Hof said.
But, according to TMZ, one of the prostitutes at the Love Ranch has since gone missing. Bunny Lain hasn’t been seen since early Saturday morning in Las Vegas. The prostitute was said to have been with Odom during his stay at the brothel prior to his hospitalisation.
It was reported Odom had taken cocaine and a sex drug, along with a substantial amount of alcohol. Brothel workers found the former Los Angeles Lakers player and immediately called an ambulance.

Odom and Kardashian split in 2013, after reports of Odom’s infidelity and drug use. A judge has yet to sign off on their divorce, leaving them still legally married.
Kim Kardashian posted a photo of her dancing with her brother-in-law on Instagram on Saturday, writing, “I have faith in you. I believe in the power of prayer and positive energy! Thank you all for your prayers! Lammy — I’m so happy Kendall & I could make you smile today! God is good!”
Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner also thanked fans for keeping the sports star in their thoughts, and shared a photo on Instagram of her with son Rob and son-in-law Odom. “Come on Lamar!!!!” she wrote. “You are such a champion ... I know you got this ...
