Cara Delevingne earns a whopping $18,000 a day

CARA Delevingne may be gearing up to leave the modelling world behind, but she’s made a pretty tidy profit out of it.
The 23-year-old model turned actress reportedly earns on average $18,000 a day, according to
her company, Cara & Co, of which she is the sole owner.
The company is reporting that it made more than $6.4 million last year, a 360 per cent rise on 2013’s total earnings. Shareholder funds now stand at just over 8.5 million.
Cara’s eye-watering financial success is largely the result of her lucrative campaigns with high-end fashion brands Burberry, Topshop, YSL and Chanel. On top of these, the supermodel also landed big-money contracts with Tag Heuer, Karl Lagerfeld, Mango, and others this year.
Now that she’s conquered the modelling world, Cara is tackling Hollywood head on and has three films slated for release in 2016: Suicide SquadKids in Love and Tulip Fever.
She spoke about her decision to quit the catwalk earlier this year, telling The Timesin August: “It didn’t make me grow at all as a human being. And I kind of forgot how young I was. I felt so old.
“I was, like, fight and flight for months. Just constantly on edge. It is a mental thing as well because if you hate yourself and your body and the way you look, it just gets worse and worse.”
